Born at Iravipuram, quilon Kerala ,in 1940.Post graduate from kerala university ,2nd rank holder .Entered service in the first batch of 1977 in New Delhi, at the indian council of agricultural services. state planning board member from 1977 to 1979.Retired as principal scientist in 2000.member of Academic council department of enviornment society university of kerala. Honoured with cambridge international biographical centre leading scientists world award .mahakavi ulloor award .sree chithira thirunal award akhila kerala kavi samgamam thiruvananthapuram award for his poetries written
